Create an Agilang identity.

Choose the account boundary that matches how you use ATCP. Personally identifying profile fields are encrypted before storage.

All registrations start with Basic capabilities. An administrator approves elevated access.
Use at least 12 characters. Passwords are scrypt-hashed with a unique salt.
